All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Midnight Exit is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect addresses, customs, or shipping carriers.

If your order arrives damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photo issue. We will work with our production partner to resolve the problem as quickly as possible
